How long does delivery take?
Orders are all customize made and will take up to an average of 3-5 business days (unless noted), and take between 3-5 days to be delivered (US Only). Please allow an additional week as we often have very busy periods, and there are also postal and logistical delays that are out of our control.
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. If for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
and we will be happy to help you out.
Are all of the products in my order sent together?
If you have ordered multiple products, there is a chance that products will not be sent together. If you have questions about your order, please send us an email, so that we can help you understand where products are.
Where are your products delivered from?
Our products are manufactured and sent from the United States in 90%+ of the time.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Can I change my order?
Yes, if your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to change your order. Orders that have already been dispatched/shipped cannot be changed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to cancel your order. Typically orders take no more than 5 business days to ship. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
ORDER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns generally can be made up to 30 days after receiving your order (subject to product and supplier conditions), as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us and we'll provide you with the closest returns address to you. Once we've received your return, we'll email you with a refund confirmation.
Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges are subject to supplier rules. To initiate an exchange, please contact us and we'll provide you with further instructions on whether your product is exchangeable.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, production is running a bit longer. Please allow up to 2 weeks for product to be made and shipped. We apologize for this inconvenience, but it is important to keep the manufacturers safe during this unprecedented time.
